Dynamic Crime Reports

We have released a feature whereby users can now view the detailed reports on the portal itself, instead of having to download a PDF. And since it is right on the portal, it is more interactive and useful than a relatively cumbersome PDF format. For example,

• Users can directly search in the list of cases or courts
• They can show/hide sections so they can compare things from different areas of the report
• Some animations will be added to give a wholesome experience. Currently the risk-o-meter is animated for example.

In the future, we plan to add more interactive graphs and charts where useful, and more features as per user feedback.

To access this, users can use the “View” icon in the request tables:
